spot serving the area agricultural community (olives are big company right here) and Istanbulites escaping the city that is big.
Famed for the council that is ecumenical took place here in 325, a defining moment within the development of Christianity
(proven to posterity because the Council of Nicaea), its home to a Roman theatre, Byzantine churches and Ottoman mosques.
L. Dalyan Delta

The delta for the lazy, meandering Dalyan river, is certainly one of Turkey’s natural wonders. Not least as it finishes not in
some fetid swamp, but at the white curve of dazzling Iztuzu beach, a significant nesting site of this loggerhead turtle.
The fresh waters associated with the river mean the certain area is full of wildlife. Significantly more than 150 bird types can here be found,
including pelicans and kingfishers. Dalyan town has retained a lot of its village charm, there’s the well-preserved
ancient website of Kaunos to go to simply throughout the river, as well as the health-giving (and enjoyable!) mudbaths of Köycegiz.
